Description

When engine coolant overheats, performance suffers and you are forced to stop driving or risk a cooling system failure. Having to stop and wait for your engine to cool down is more than just an inconvenience, it is a limitation that shouldn't exist in modern SUVs and trucks. Especially not the legendary Wrangler.

An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. These advanced designs feature larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increase the fluid capacity of the radiators, and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

Jeep definitely learned some lessons from previous generations and gave the Wrangler and Gladiator a decent radiator. While the factory system seems to cope with modifications better than previous generations, more people are pushing these rigs harder than ever. Bigger turbos, more boost, heavier accessories, etc, all increase heat output of the motor.

Instead of waiting for your factory radiator to fail or putting up with power loss due to high engine temps, you can get ahead of the problem with the CSF Radiator.
