The StudioRSR Viper roll bar is a 100% bolt-in system, utilizing factory mounting points and proprietary CNC-machined chromoly interlocking tubing clamps. This design eliminates the need for welding while maintaining structural integrity and professional-grade strength.
Wide-radius mandrel bends are used throughout the structure to ensure even stress distribution, preventing metal crimping and tubing wall failure commonly found in lesser designs. Every detail is engineered to meet the demands of high-load track environments while maintaining a clean, OEM-plus fit inside the Viper’s cabin.
Motorsport-Grade Construction
Constructed from heavy-duty chromoly steel tubing (.175" OD x .095" wall thickness), the StudioRSR half cage is designed using NASA Racing specifications (per the 2016.5 rulebook; not NASA-sanctioned). This makes it an ideal solution for drivers seeking increased protection and chassis rigidity for track days, time trials, and competitive driving events.
All Grade-8 mounting hardware is included, and while professional installation is recommended, the system is designed for straightforward installation.

Every StudioRSR roll bar is 100% made in the USA, utilizing the latest manufacturing technologies and strict quality control standards. Standard powder-coat finishes are offered in Red, White, Yellow, or Black at no additional cost.
