StudioRSR continues improving in the 2021 Bimmer Challenge by Speed Ventures. We were ecstatic to reach our personal goal of a 1:54 lap time as a 2 second increase from our last time at Buttonwillow with minimal changes to our setup, and we're currently tied in 1st place for the Season!
This episode is a short summary / vlog of our day at Buttonwillow CW13, which is Round 2 of the season for Bimmer Challenge.
By adding the SPL Parts bumpsteer correction toe linkages, a Recaro seat, and Schroth 6-point harnesses, our new Personal Best time was enough to get us into 2nd place, and only off 1st place by .01 of a second. Next time, we might wear less clothes to see if that will save some time :) haha
Our good friend and client, Gabe (IG: @bluescluesm3) was able to secure 2nd place in his class competing in B2 in his fully built F80 M3 Ring Taxi with 4 bucket seats **The First Ring Taxi w/4 bucket seats in the USA**
